We obviously do our best to provide as much information as possible and we try to tailor this to the individual’s needs. This begs the question: how can you trust what we are telling you?

Knowledge

We are fairly new to this industry and we understand that it is very complex. However, our technical team have now worked with hundreds of customers like yourself and we believe we have seen almost everything. Our customers range from individuals looking to electrify their personal car, to company owners looking to convert an entire fleet of vehicles. As a result, we have experience in providing a wide range of services and products across the industry. That said, we can’t know everything and we are the first people to admit this. If we do not know the information that you seek then we promise to find it for you. We have an extensive contact base in the industry and we will utilise this to make sure that we can answer your questions fully and accurately.

Independence

Many companies like ourselves have partnerships with chargepoint suppliers and electric vehicle manufacturers in order to generate another source of income. This means that they often have to recommend products made by partner firms above others and sometimes this is not the best option for the customer. In contrast, we operate on a vendor independent basis. We do not have any paid partnerships with our brands and will never recommend a product that is not right for you.

Approval

We have approval from the Office of Low Emission Vehicles to supply and install products from over 30 manufacturers. This allows us to offer a wide range of options for customers. Instead of being confined to a small selection, we give you the option of combining many brands to create the best solutions for your specific needs. Moreover, approval from OLEV shows that we are trusted in the industry and gives you added peace of mind.

Our People Approach

We believe that no customer is the same, regardless of what it says on paper. This ethos fuels our desire to speak to each customer face-to-face before any installation. We will try our best to visit your site to understand exactly how you will use our products. If this is not possible, then we will arrange a virtual consultation with one of our technical experts. Even during the current lockdown we have continued to interact virtually with every customer with great success.
